This studio apartment is located on one of the most desirable streets in the Dolores Heights/Noe Valley District in San Francisco. It is light filled, one window nestled near a Monterey pine tree, the other with a mayten tree and a downtown view. It is connected to my home on a quiet tree-lined street on top of a hilly neighborhood with spectacular views of the western part of the city, the East Bay and downtown. It has a private entrance and access to a quiet, secluded garden.
The studio is newly renovated with comfortable modern furniture. Its kitchen is completely equipped with all that is needed, including a microwave, gas burners, toaster-oven and all necessary utensils and cooking equipment for simple and gourmet meals! There is storage available for suitcases and other appropriate equipment.
Public transportation is one block away. The main shopping street is a 10 minute walk or a two minute drive. It offers restaurants, cafés, coffee shops, boutiques, clothing stores, book stores, and grocery shopping. There is a Farmer's Market every Saturday morning and a newly renovated library very close by. There are parks with tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds and picnic facilities within 5-15 minutes. The AT&T ball park is within a half hour public transportation ride away. The symphony, opera, theater and museums are all within a twenty minute to half hour ride away on public transportation.
This is an ideal short-term or possibly longer rental for visiting vacationers, lovers of San Francisco, visiting academics at the University of California San Francisco (twenty minutes away) University of San Francisco (twenty minutes away) and San Francisco State University (twenty minutes away.)

In addition, there is a library close by, there is public transportation which goes into the heart of the Mission District, its population, its murals, its proximity to BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) its variety of coffeehouses, as well as innumerable shops, bookstores and restaurants.
