Central heat/air, covered porch, stainless steel appliances. Covered porch has swing and gas BBQ grill. Stone fireplace and flat screen plasma in family room on third floor. Additional 42 inch flat screen in living room on first floor. Each bedroom has private bath creating 3 master suites. Free Ski Shuttle Bus runs throughout Sugar Mountain during ski season on weekends and holidays.
Access to the Sugar Mountain Hiking and Biking Trails is right in the backyard!
Located in upscale community just below “The Reserve” development featured on Travel Channel. Deer and Wild Turkey regularly seen in back!
Living room, kitchen and master bedroom/bath downstairs on first floor. First floor bedroom has queen size bed and double sinks in bath. Two bedrooms and 2.5 baths on second floor. One second floor bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath. The other larger second floor bedroom has one queen size bed along with bunk beds and private bath. Additionally, there is a half bath in hallway on second floor. Large family room on third floor. Two regular size sofa's in the home (that do not pull out) but there is a futon on the third level. All new stainless steel appliances and full size washer/dryer. Linens provided.
Directions: From Banner Elk/Sugar Mountain Hwy 184 turn onto Grouse Moor Drive directly across from Blue Ridge Village Resort. Veer to left staying on Grouse Moor and travel exactly 1.5 miles. Turn right into Misty Woods Condos and driveway to house will be on the immediate left side of condos. Physical address is 1674 Grouse Moor Drive, Sugar Mtn. 28604.

The Village of Sugar Mountain is just outside the city limits of Banner Elk. Banner Elk is a very charming small town, home to Lees McRae College. Banner Elk is also Famous for the annual Wolly Worm Festival and Grandfather Mtn. is also very close by. House is 15 minutes to Boone and Appalachian State University. Recommend trying out Stone Walls for Dinner and the Banner Elk Cafe for breakfast/lunch!
