This Beaver Village unit, set in the trees above Winter Park, is an incredible condominium just a few steps from town and only a short shuttle ride to the famed Winter Park and Mary Jane ski areas. Wildlife abounds right outside your windows in this rustic but modern condominium. This unit was completely remodeled just a few years ago and is in extraordinary condition. It is well suited for two couples or a family, and is situated conveniently to enjoy the year round fun to be found in Winter Park and the Rocky Mountains.

Enjoy this top floor unit with vaulted ceilings and skylights. And the best part is that you won’t have to listen to any guests above you. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium sleeps 6 comfortably.

It is conveniently located just 1.5 miles from the base village of the Winter Park ski resort. The free shuttle to the resort stops right at the front of the building. Enjoy the awe-inspiring views of both the continental divide and the ski slopes from the covered deck! In case you feel the need to keep in touch with the outside world, we offer high speed wireless internet service right in the unit.

The master bedroom has a King-size bed, large window with incredible views, and full bathroom. It also has vaulted ceilings, as well as a large television with cable. The second bedroom has two twin size beds and is perfect for a second couple or your children. It also has a full bathroom connected to it.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has all of the features of the one at home. All dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans and glassware are provided for your convenience. A dishwasher is provided so no one has to do the dishes while on vacation. The kitchen has a large island and two barstools so guests can socialize with the chef!

The family room has a picture perfect view of the continental divide and the Rocky Mountains right outside the sliding glass doors that lead to the deck. A large color TV, DVD player and thermostatically controlled gas log fireplace make for a cozy haven after a long day of skiing, hiking, shopping, snowshoeing or snowmobiling.

A gas barbecue grill on the deck rounds out that wonderful dining experience. The couch folds out into a queen bed for those extra guests who just might show up!

Beaver Village is the closest condominium resort to the Winter Park and Mary Jane ski areas and provides a great place to be your home base while in town. The large swimming pool and three hot tubs and sauna offer a relaxing end to your day in the mountains.
