Why the Owner Chose Cozumel Island
Our family decided to make a paradise retreat for family and friends to enjoy.
It became so popular, however, that we opened Summer Place Inn inn Bed and Breafast.
We no longer serve breakfasts, as everyone gets up at a different time. We do,
however provide a variety of breakfast type foods and beverages for everyones' use at anytime of the day. Strictly serve your-self. We often have barbeques around the
pool where guests enjoy the evenings. Walking along the ocean front in the
evenings is one of our favourite things to do and it is so peaceful and safe.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Summer Place Inn is just two blocks from the ocean Avenue. The stores and malls are all so
close and convenient. Strolling along the ocean and looking at the shops in the evenings
is very peaceful and safe.
Summer Place Inn is on 10th Avenue, only 2 blocks from the ocean and shopping centers. Just 8 - 10 min from the international airport in Cozumel.

The tropics have always been my favourite and leaving the cold, wet winters
was not hard to to. Leaving family was difficult, but to compensate for this
we build our family retreat. Our youngest son and his wife were the first to
enjoy the Island life, and I joined them full time after realizing that I could
no longer take any cold weather. I recommend a change in climate to anyone with
health issues. The warmth of the caribbean is extremely beneficial.
