Our unit is a recently updated, luxury two bedroom, two bathroom condo located on the third floor of the slope facing side of the building. You'll feel right at home with granite tile kitchen countertops, wood floors and a new couch and love seat in the living room, a high definition LCD flat screen television over the fireplace, and double sinks in the master bathroom. It is an end unit with no full units above it, so noise is kept to minimum. You can spread out with plenty of space, cook a gourmet meal in the full kitchen, relax in front of the no hassle gas fireplace, or check out the fabulous view of the golf course and Ten Mile Range from the secluded balcony. With a king, queen, and queen sleeper sofa, you can comfortably sleep four to six guests.

Copper Springs Lodge is one of the newest buildings located in the East Village of Copper Mountain. It offers a wide range of amenities that you won't find in most other buildings: (fitness center, laundry facilities, two built in hot tubs, a sauna, a game room and pool table, bike storage, bike tuning station, heated underground parking). The free shuttle bus stops right across the street from the entrance to the Lodge and will take you to any of the other villages within a few minutes.

In the winter, walking two minutes gets you to the Super Bee lift, which lets you ski or ride to almost anywhere on the mountain. Don't forget to try the tubing hill, which is also located at East Village.

Other winter activities include cross country skiing, ice skating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and sleigh rides.

In the summer there are fun filled events for the whole family planned almost every weekend, plus daily activities such as go karts, bumper boats, a climbing wall, bungee trampoline, and mini golf. The bag drop for the Copper Creek Golf Course is right outside your door and the club house is just a few steps farther.

You can also hop on your mountain bike and take the American Flyer lift up for some bomber descents back to the base. Or bring your road bike and explore hundreds of miles on some of the best bike paths in Colorado that can take you to Vail, Dillon, Frisco, and Keystone.

Other nearby summer activities include hiking, fishing, horseback riding, white water rafting, and hot-air ballooning.

Year round activities include facials and massages at the Copper Mountain Athletic Club and the soon to open Camp Woodward for learning to safely land your first 360 (or more) whether it be on skis, snowboard, skateboard, or the bike.

East Village is home to JJ's Rocky Mountain Tavern, the Double Diamond Restaurant, Camp Hale Coffee, and the Copper Creek Pro Shop.

Copper Mountain is a Powdr Corp Resort, one of Colorado's premier ski resorts, and is quickly becoming a family favorite summer getaway as well. Copper Mountain is right off of I-70 and centrally located to all of Colorado's popular mountain attractions: 25 miles to Vail, 8 miles to Silverthorne's Factory Outlet stores, and 15 miles to Breckenridge.

                    We had a fantastic stay. The condo is beautiful…very warm, cozy and quite. It is a corner unit with no upstairs neighbors that was away from elevators, stairs, etc. It has all the comforts of home. We loved everything about it. The buses were very convenient. They take you throughout Copper Mountain. There is so much to do whether you’re a skier or not. I would highly recommend the snowshoe tours. The Copper Mountain Ambassadors are great! We look forward to coming back in the spring and summer. I highly recommend this unit.

                    No surprises here! Even better than expected! The condo had everything our family of four required. It was comfortable, spacious & exceptionally clean! Incredible view from the balcony! Quiet end unit! It was nice that the laundry room was located on the same floor. We'd rented a car; however, did not use it during our entire stay as everything we needed, restaurants, etc. were convenient to the condo. JJ's was one of our favorite restaurants! Perfect weather, perfect condo, perfect Spring Break vacation! Thank you!

                    I'm a VRBO owner and rented from Dan for the first time. The experience couldn't have been any better. His condo was in great shape, had all the needed items. They even provided "humidifiers" for the dry air. We've already rebooked for next year. Thanks Dan!

                    Jay & I had the privelege of staying at your Copper Mountain condo for 1 week in July. The weather was wonderful and the availability of activities were plentiful. The views from your condo are scenic as it is located at the base of the ski lifts and yes, the amenities were quite satisfying. The purpose for my (Anita) visit is that I attended a medical seminar at the Copper Mountain Conference Center. It was a short, easy and beautiful walk to the center. Your condo is beautifully decorated and upon arrival it felt confortable and home-like. I do recommend this condo to anyone staying at Copper Mountain. If things work out , we plan on staying at your property next year as well.

                    We rented this condo in mid-February, 2012 for several days of skiing. We found it clean, well-equipped, comfortable, "homey" and well-maintained. The location couldn't be better -- straight out the front door to the Super Bee. We enjoyed it and we're sure you will too.

                    We had a wonderful time staying here. We knew it was going to be nice, but when we arrived we were delighted. It exceeded our expectations. It's in a quiet end unit, is beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable and the amenities were over and above what was expected. Wonderful for a family with young children. With ski lockers on the main floor, and the building just steps away from the shuttles, we were able to get to and from the slopes with ease. Was an absolute pleasure to stay here, the kids wished we could stay forever!

                    Came out for the challenging Courage Classic charity bike ride. The building is a short walk from the noise of the central 'village' at Copper and the unit has a terrific view of the mountains to the south. Nicely decorated and the 2 bathrooms is a plus. Had a great time!

                    We stayed 5 nights over spring break in March. It was our first trip to copper mtn. We loved everything about it. The condo the skiing. The buses were wonderful that took you anywhere inthe area of copper mountain. The condo unit was very nice and quiet too(i was surprised with so many units.) Hot tubs were great and not crowded at all. Overall a great experience and stay i would recommend this to all. Kathy Lande

                    We ski 3 weeks per year. It was about a 40 yard walk from the ski locker room door to the lift line. The unit is an end unit so it is very quiet. Laundry room on the same floor as the unit. Overall, very pleased with the unit. We would stay there again.

                    Extremely quiet and very nicely decorated condo. My family and I stayed here for three nights before Easter and really enjoyed every thing about the condo itself and location to all Copper has to offer. Bus is right outside the door and the garage and 1st floor ski storage is so convenient. Would stay here again and highly recommend to others. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!!!!

                  Cancellation policy:

                  1. Reservation is not confirmed until the Rental Agreement has been accepted and the initial payment has cleared. 2. Failure to make payments when due will result in cancellation of this Agreement. 3. I agree to accept the rental property upon arrival provided it meets the basic description as listed on the Rental Websites. In Addition, I agree that we will not be entitled to a refund of rent money nor relocation to another property and will have no claim or recourse against the Owner, Property Management, etc. 4. This is a non-smoking home. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine and if additional cleaning is necessary to remove smoke odor from the house furniture and/or linens, those cleaning costs will be subtracted from your deposit. 5. I and our guests and visitors agree that any disturbance or endangerment of the neighbours or if we use the premises for any unlawful purposes or violate any law or ordinance on or about the premises will immediately terminate our occupancy and rental agreement of these premises. 6. Owner or Owner’s Agent may enter the premises immediately in the event of an emergency in order to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance. 7. Occupancy (including small children, infants and visitors) is not to exceed 5 persons without prior permission from the Owner or Managers. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the leased property, I agree that a charge of $100.00 per person will be made to my credit card, or if I am paying by check or money order, I will promptly submit moneys due. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without refund. 8. I shall be responsible for all damage, breakage and/or loss to the premises except normal wear and tear and unavoidable casualties (deemed by Managers of Property), which may result from occupancy. I agree that all pipes, wires, glass, plumbing, household contents, fixtures and other equipment will be in the same condition as at the beginning of our stay (reasonable wear and tear being the exception). 9. The property will be left in the same good and habitable condition. Any damages or notable conditions found upon arrival will be reported to the Property Managers within one (1) hour of Occupancy. Otherwise, I agree that repair and/or replacement costs for any damages may be posted to my credit card or, if I am paying by check or money order, I will promptly submit the monies due for full cost of replacement/repair. I understand the property will be inspected prior to my stay and after departure. 10. I agree to indemnify and hold Owner and Property Managers harmless from all liability, loss or damage arising from any nuisance or harm made or suffered on the leased premises by me, my guests or my invitees. Also from any carelessness, neglect, or improper conduct of any persons entering, occupying or visiting the condominium or premises. 11. The Owner shall provide utilities, furniture and fixtures, dishes, silverware, linens and towels. 12. Prior to vacating the home, Tenant is responsible to close and lock all exterior windows and doors and return any furniture, videos and/or games that were moved to its original position. Ski locker keys (2) should also be returned to their original position on the key rack in the condo entryway. 13. This Agreement may not be assigned or the property sublet and is for the Tenant’s use only. No changes to or changing of locks of the condominium/premises are permitted.
