On the Main Level:
Mudroom — a long room for storing your coats, ski and board gear, boots and shoes.
Living room with a fireplace surrounded by a ceiling high rock quarried from the Mono Lake area - very comfortable seating for large groups, with two large very comfortable chairs, two ottomans, a loveseat near the window and a relaxing leather couch. When you’re not gasping at the views of nature, each seat also has a clear view of the 42” LCD television screen, complete with cable and DVD.
Library Alcove with lots of books and board games for your enjoyment.
Main floor Powder Bath.
Gourmet Kitchen, complete with large island and bar stools, microwave and convection oven, and storage for cookware and serving trays. GE built in refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. Heartland commercial-industrial, yet vintage look, six-burner range/oven. Large pantry.
Dining room - Custom dining table with beautiful view of Mammoth Mountain. You’ll know when the gondola’s open! There’s also a corner breakfast nook/table for extra seating.
An expansive outdoor Main Deck with views extending from Crowley Lake on the left to Mammoth Mountain on the right. With southern exposure and Mammoth’s sunny days, we enjoy the main floor deck most every day — everything from morning coffee, to evening stargazing. In addition to the mountains and valleys, don’t be surprised to see several deer. They come within eighty feet of the deck every day.
On the Upper Level: The master suite-king bed. You will not forget awakening to the sun streaming into your morning as it rises over the White Mountains of Nevada and reflects the waters of Lake Crowley. You’ll find lots of closet and drawer space. The bathroom offers two sinks, and shower. While relaxing in the claw foot soaking tub, take in the view through the stain glass window.
2nd master bedroom-queen bed. Walk in closet with full bath next door, partial Sherwin Mountain View.
Laundry closet with washer and dryer in the upper hallway.
On the Lower Level:
Family room - L-shaped sleeper sofa (linens stored in the wood chest), 40” LCD .
Lower Deck, the beautiful views of the meadow and Lake Crowley .
Bedroom 1 - Appointed with a beautiful myrtle wood queen bed. Private attached bath, with access to shower .
Bedroom 2 - Bunkroom looks out on the lower deck and the surrounding forest. The peeled pine log bunk has a twin bed over a double bed.
Bedroom 3 - Twin over twin bunk-bed, closet with lots of storage.

This was the perfect home-away-from-home for our family holiday vacation. We had three generations, 8 adults and 3 little ones, who fit perfectly into this beautifully furnished, comfortable home. We were treated as welcome guests by the owners who were very responsive and helpful. The vews are beautiful, especially at dawn over the mountains. It was an easy trip into town or to Eagle Lodge, but we had our privacy on this quiet street. We would love to go back!

What a beautiful home. We had 13 members of our immediate family which consists of three individual faimilies. There was more than enough room for our family to sit around the fire and enjoy a wonderful X-mas Holiday 2011! It is a cozy home with a great open kitchen that flows right into the large living room with very comfortable seating and a good sized flat screen TV. Great views and a nice deck rounds out this gorgeous home.

The size and layout of this home made it possible for 3 families to share the accomodations without ever feeling crowded in. Each set of parents had their own master bedroom and the kids were comfortably divided into the remaining bedrooms. The views are amazing and its proximity to Eagle Lodge was a major convenience for our first trip to Mammoth. (It took longer to get everyone in their cars than it did to drive to the parking lot.) The home is close to restaurants, gas stations, and the village. The kitchen is fully stocked with the cookware you need to make your own meals...market is just down the street. The owners are very responsive and easy to work with. If everything falls into place, we hope to stay at their home again next year.

This home is amazing, the description did not do it justice. Its the perfect location for families, the house is on a quiet street with friendly neighbors and is a 10 minute walk to Eagle Lodge. The owners were always available and extremely responsive to our needs, I will definitely be using this rental again.

We rented this house for the first time this past December for a family reunion, and it was great! The house is spacious and well laid out, with the most amazing mountain and valley views. The house is well stocked with quality linens and towels and was very comfortable for our family. The large mudroom was especially great because it kept the house clean of all the extra ski apparel and accessories. The owners were very responsive to questions we had and were very helpful with suggestions, advice, etc. We hope we can stay at this house again soon.

Wow!!! This is indeed a beautiful home with a spectacular view from its many windows. It is so spacious and offers two very comfortable and scenic living areas for different age groups on separate levels. A well-equipped kitchen, loads of games, up-to-date electronic capabilities and a lovely decor make "staying in" as much fun as going out! Bedrooms are most comfortable and the master suite offers a particularly scenic view from 3 sides. We had an excellent time and we can't wait to return... Worth every penny! Thanks!!
