  • If you are looking for a getaway that is truly secluded ..this is the one! It was so refreshing to be nestled atop the mountain in the beautiful aspens as they were changing colors. Although remote, only a few minutes away from the lovely town of Evergreen. Can't wait to come back and try out the owner's other cabins. Made everything easy and was very professional.

  • Beautiful way to spend Labor Day! The weather was great as well as the comfortable and well maintained chalet. Michael was great and available to ask any questions we had, since it was our first time up in the mountains of Evergreen, Colorado. Overall our family had a great time and if we have the the opportunity again, we will return.

  • OMG - What a BEAUTIFUL little get away! Everything about this Alpine Chalet is PERFECT! From the hospitality of Michael (FANTASTIC DIRECTIONS) to the beautiful drive and the atmosphere - - it was the PERFECT spot to unwind and relax! Very COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN!!! Great Neighbors!! Would recommend to anyone!!! AND we WILL come and stay again!!! BTW - there is a Safeway before you hit the lake - - nice place to stock up for snacks!!! Lisa, Toby & family from Plano, TX

  • Very nice and peaceful. The cabin was clean, cute and comfortbale and had everything I needed. I wasn't able to figure out the oven though. I'm not familiar with gas cooking appliances so directions for that would have been helpful.(Improvised with grill which worked great!!!)Would definitely stay here again. Loved the CD's and DVD's!

  • To Evergreen we got away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In this beautiful nest Peace, quiet and rest Was the gift of this cozy chalet. Our host was friendly and kind. No warmer place will you find. The beds were the best, And so fine was the rest, Even though the sun rarely shined. To the Alpine we will return. We know we will have no concern. The place was so clean, And the setting serene. To be there is for what we yearn.
