Perfect for those sport fans planning to attend Spring Training, with two spring training facilities in close proximity, and Westgate’s sports and entertainment area, home to the Arizona Cardinals and Phoenix Coyotes, a very short drive away.
This home is fully furnished. The granite counters kitchen is furnished with a side by side refrigerator-freezer with an ice maker and water dispenser along with a modern GE Profile self-cleaning convection range with five glass top radiant burners, a large capacity convection oven and a lower drawer oven. This fully equipped tiled kitchen looks out at the 17th fairway. There is a large utility room with a washer and dryer provided. An excellent feature of this rental home is the soft-water system, alleviating the effects of Arizona's extremely hard water.
The two bedroom floor plan is open with lots of large windows allowing the Arizona sunshine throughout the house. Master bedrooms has a king-size bed, and the guest room is furnished with a queen bed. Decorated with natural, warm colors, this home has internet, cable, and local phone service along with a double car garage complete with storage cabinets.

Stayed the month of November and loved it. Enjoyed use of the golf cart and the patio backing onto the golf course. Would definitely stay there again. Brent was terrific. Always available if we needed him. House fairly central and within walking distance (if you're a walker) to most things. Enjoyed the rec centres and all the amenities.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

We were the 1st tenants of Lori & Brent Kirbs. They were great easy going "landlords" who we did not really see but knew they were there. The house was great, the beds really really comfy, on a golf course with plenty of room in a good location with tenant cards for cheap golf and rec centre priviledges. What more did I need. We will be back next year. Barrie & Jackie Heywood.
