I absolutely fell in love with Playa Del Carmen while staying here. It's all within walking distance, clean facility, quiet pool area, private beach. The staff is amazing, very helpful!! I wish I could live in this condo, I hate it when I have to leave!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.

Stayed during 2008 Thanksgiving holidays. We stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit. It was very nice, kitchen was small but who really wants to cook while on vacation. Had all the items we need to make breakfast, sandwiches and frozen drinks. Sunrise view every morning, great beach. Great family vacation. Most of the visitors were families. 2 blocks for all the shopping and restaurants your need. About a 15-20 minute walk to Walmart. ($5 taxi ride to Walmart) I would definitely stay as Xaman-Ha again. Pictures don't do it justice. You will not be disappointed. Beach Grandma
