Pavilion Place: Beautiful new beach house with all the extras!
This wonderfully decorated five bedrooms; four and a half bath home is located at 1001 Ocean Blvd.in the heart of Isle of Palms. Walk to all the restaurants and shops. The interior has all the amenities of a 5 star resort with 500 thread count sheets, down pillows and soft towels. The kitchen has every bell and whistle you could imagine, including stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, and granite countertops. The home has wireless internet access. Great ocean views from all three porches would be a wonderful way to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the lounge chairs all afternoon while feeling the ocean breezes.
This house is behind a fence and has a nice grassy area for the kids to enjoy and play.
The pool is also behind a gate for privacy. There are many lounge chairs around the pool as well as a poolside table for enjoying lunch or dinner.
House Details: There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor including the dual master bedrooms. All these bedrooms have beautiful private bathrooms that include Jacuzzi tubs and beautiful marble and glass tile. Also on this floor there is a private balcony.
The first floor also includes a laundry room and a game closet.
The open floor plan on the second level is great entertaining large crowds. The kitchen island houses eight barstools with a dining table nearby, a stunning shell chandelier highlights seating for ten. Feel free to enjoy your meals outside on the deck off of the living room. Comfy sofas in the living area will make watching the flat screen TV with surround sound a place to relax. Down the hall from the kitchen you will find two bedrooms, one with double bunk beds and the other with double queen beds. They share a large bathroom with dual sinks. There is also a powder room located on this floor.
On the third floor you will find a widow’s watch with a gas grill and several lounge chairs. This is a great spot for an evening cocktail or catching some rays during the day.
This would be a fabulous place to spend a memorable vacation, walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

The Area: Isle of Palms is a wonderful place to visit. It is absolutely beautiful. The house is steps from the beach and there are so many things to do in the surrounding area. For example you can rent boats, jet skis, and kayaks right here on the Isle of Palms. Fishing, parasailing, or sightseeing are all popular activities. The Towne Center is located only five minutes away. There you will find great shopping, restaurants, and a movie theater. If you want to visit historic, downtown Charleston, you are only 15 minutes away.

Absolutely beautiful, resembling a home you'd drool over in Coastal Living. The attention to detail in each and every one of the rooms was remarkable, and I scored major points for finding this gem. Decorated from top to bottom for holidays, it felt like Christmas and added greatly to our enjoyment. The owners were very responsive leading up to and during our stay, wonderful to work with. This was my first time on VRBO and based on my experience I would most certainly use the site again. But, I also know how rare it is to find good people and renting from these owners is worth its weight in gold. Located a block from the ocean, we found the walk to the beach very convenient, and the emptiness of the beach this time of year was highly desirable. Proximity to Charleston is good, but we found ourselves drawn more to long walks on the beach and the coziness of the house. For 8 people staying in one, it speaks volumes that we were all perfectly happy and content to relax at home.

The house is spacious, bright and beautiful. Lovely kitchen, fabulous views from the top floor. The walk to the beach would be super easy for people in shape, or with no small children. Loved the ice maker!!!
