  We could not have been more pleased with our time at this fabulous carriage house. The property was well maintained and had everything our family of four could need (and how generous to allow use of your beach chairs)! Having two full bathrooms was a nice plus. We'll be back!

  This cottage was a great fit for our family of 5 including three small kids. The loft was perfect for the kids and it was great having two bathrooms. The location couldn't have been better and the owners were very accommodating. We would love to stay here again!

  This Carriage House was wonderful. It was clean, beautiful and had everything that we needed. We are a family of 4 and it was the perfect size for us. The location was perfect! It was better than expected. We will stay here again.

  The Carriage House was in the perfect location for my family. Very close to the Barbados pool, beach, and town. Plenty of room for my family of 5 for a long weekend. We had a wonderful stay!

  This cottage was perfect for our family of four vacation! We have two children ages 1 and 5. It is in a perfect location for anything Rosemary has to offer!! So close to the beach, Sugar Shak and my favorite part was being so close to see the pool entrance from the top balcony! We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back to RMB!!

  Just home from our visit to Rosemary and this house was just fantastic for our family of four! Our family, including our two boys ages 7 and 10, had loads of fun! The loft space on the 2nd floor is spacious and comfortable with a very nice, large bathroom. This loft allowed plenty of privacy from the main living floor. We enjoyed waking every morning and taking a 1 minute stroll to the beach before coming back each afternoon to relax in the pool that was a stone's throw from this house. The kitchen had all you could want in amenities. We commented several times on how well the space for this carriage house was used to make it so comfortable. Our kids particularly enjoyed the very short walk to the Sugar Shack each night! Overall, this home is very well maintained and extremely comfortable and safe for a small family. The location and value for this size home can't be beat. I would recommend this home to my friends and would return again. Thanks for a nice stay!

  Stayed the week of Memorial Day - owners were at the main house. Very helpful and friendly. Loved the two bathrooms! Plenty of room for our family with 3 kids. Found whatever we needed in the kitchen. House was clean and in great shape. BEST part of the place is the location. South of 30A, just a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

  My bag containing our phones, wallet, credit cards, driver's license, $1600 camera and other valuables were stolen from the property and our cards were used at a CVS, Exxon, Chevron and Marble Slab Creamery not far from the property within minutes of their disappearance. We didn't have a means of getting in touch with anyone, as you cannot even make a collect phone call from the carriage house or use a phone card with a land line anymore. We were stuck over Easter weekend with 3 small kids and most stores closed. The owners refused to take any responsibility for the theft or even appear sympathetic at ALL, despite the fact that they and their teenage kids were toiling around the area where the bag was stolen and were opening doors to the property, making our things vulnerable to theft. We had no choice but to leave early, seeing that the property was not safe and the owners were not taking responsibility by asking us to speak to their lawyers instead of being cooperative. I requested that the owners give me their property insurance information to file a claim, a refund for the 2 nights after the bag were stolen (as we had to leave early) and the refundable security deposit but the owners have refused. They are still holding on to the refundable security deposit ($500)despite the fact that I have left the property in perfect condition and asked them to inspect the carriage house before our early departure, but they refused to do so. I have tried repeatedly to negotiate with the owners and their lawyers, citing Florida statutes which obligate the owners to keep their property safe from crime, but they have not budged. As a result, this matter is heading towards litigation. I strongly advise you NOT to rent from these owners at all (I know thier main house is up for rent too).
