This is a spacious 2810 square foot penthouse apartment newly renovated and professionally decorated on the beach. It is in a very exclusive gated building with 24 hour security. It has a private beach access from the pool area.
The apartment is on two levels and every room has a terrace overlooking Acapulco Bay. Each bedroom has high ceilings with ceiling fans, air conditioning, king size bed, cable TV, a private terrace and a full bath which includes hair dryer. There are 3 different sofas and 3 sitting areas on the main floor of the apartment, so separate parties could still enjoy privacy from other guests. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 8 people maximum. Partial rentals would need to inquire as to the availability.
The apartment is close to everything, so there's plenty of public transportation. It is ideally located one block off the main road, but directly on the beach/Bay.

Cancellation fees: 15% fee for 120+ days prior to occupancy (minimum $500).
30% fee 45-119 days prior to occupancy (min. $1000). No refunds less than 45 days.
