We are offering our property for $2000 including all taxes and cleaning for the week of August 23, 2009. Seagrove Beach is located on scenic Highway 30A and affords quick access to Seaside, FREE outdoor concerts, casual/fine dining, shopping, golf courses, biking and walking trails, and, last but not least, Grayton Beach, once voted "The Most Beautiful Beach in the World."
Our beautiful home was built in the spring of 2003. New to Three Palms for the summer of 2005 is our carriage house offering privacy for the grandparents or any couple who might enjoy a little quiet time. Our property is located in the Sugarwood Beach neighborhood situated in a cul-de-sac on a very private lot just steps from the beach (3-5 minute walk) and walking/biking distance to the famous resort town of Seaside and the new Watercolor development. The beaches in our area are powder white, bordered by high sand dunes and emerald-green water.
The ground floor has the main living/dining area (with queen-size sleeper sofa), kitchen, king bedroom, full bath, and laundry room. The master bedroom with king bed and large bathroom with a deep soaking tub and separate shower and another bedroom with twin beds and its private bath are on the second floor.
The tower room with decks off the east and west sides offers a panoramic view of the Gulf. This room has a double futon and can be used as a fourth bedroom.
The decks on the first and second floors are situated on the south side of the house overlooking the private pool which is heated other than the summer rental season. We have extended the living space by screening the downstairs deck. All bedrooms have French doors opening to the decks. Every bedroom and the tower room have cable TV.
The carriage house with its living/kitchen area and a queen bedroom/bath offers quiet time and privacy for two.
We feel we have the best of both worlds in our location. We have peace and quiet in Sugarwood Beach with its quaint sandy roads in old Seagrove, but a walk away one can find all the excitement that comes with an upscale resort area.
Three Palms has everything one needs for the perfect vacation...location, plenty of room for everyone, decks, screened porch, private heated pool. Why not kick back and take a nap in the hammock under the sand oaks. It's vacation time!

Spring Break Rates - $2885 ($2285 for main house only)
Sunday to Sunday
11% state/tourism tax
50% of weekly rental to reserve date.
$300 Refundable Security Deposit is required.
