First Floor: great room with queen-size sleeper sofa. TV/VCR/CD player, DVD player, fireplace, dining room table seating for six people, and seating for additional four at kitchen island. Kitchen is fully equipped with adjoining pantry and utility room with washer/dryer; adjoining bath with shower that goes directly outside to outside shower/changing room on side of house.
Second Floor: first guest bedroom with trundle/bunk bed combination: twin on top, double on lower bunk, and double-size pull out under lower bunk, TV/DVD player, ceiling fan, carpet, and direct access to second floor balcony with partial views of Gulf. Hall bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower, and vanity with two sinks. Second guest bedroom: queen-size bed, TV/DVD player, carpet, partial views of Gulf with direct access to balcony bedroom, shares hall bathroom. Each wraparound balcony has Adirondack chairs.
Third Floor: huge master suite with sitting room occupies entire third level of house. King-size bed, TV/DVD player, large walk-in closets, ceiling fans, separate climate control air conditioning/heat, bathroom with shower and separate whirlpool tub, vanity with two sinks, and direct access to private balcony with partially obstructed views of Gulf. Balcony has Adirondack chairs.

Myself along with six family members stayed at this property and it met all of our needs. It was spacious and clean. The area is beautiful and not as touristy as near by Destin. October was a perfect time to visit, the beaches and restaraunts were not crowded and the days were warm enough to swim. I have recommended this property to friends and family. One recommendation, if you have a party larger than 5 you may want to bring some extra toilet paper and garbage bags.

This house was very well maintained and had everything we needed on our girls weekend trip. The rental company was very professional and helpful whenever we had a question, the house and pool were well stocked and clean, and we were steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. I can't wait to go back next year!

Just returned home from a three night stay at this property with a group of seven women. Great experience! House immaculate. Beautifully decorated. Everything working. We got immediate help from management company regarding a question about the dvd player and the pool heater and were able to answer our question over the phone. Overall extremely satisfied and will definately book this house again for next year. Cannot say enough good things about this beautiful home.

We recently stayed here for an entire week and loved this home! We have 4 kids (3 are teenagers) and the house was plenty roomy. The appliances were top-notch and perfectly located if you like the peacefulness of your own beach with the busyness of Seaside village just a 5 minute bike ride away. We did not want to be in the "hustle and bustle" of Seaside and WaterColor constantly, so this location was perfect to be able to come and go as we wanted. Beds were comfortable and this house has all the amenities that a big family needs to have an amazing vacation. Big porch on every floor (there are 3), literally 30 steps from the private beach. We had our own pool too with outdoor showers. Every person we called to deliver bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, etc. were prompt, pleasant, and professional. LOVED IT!!!

• I and party arrived at rental property. • The property was found to be in extreme dirty condition (pictures can be provided). • I telephoned you to inform you of a few items that were unacceptable, especially according to the agreement. • The first noted items were BBQ pits located outside. Charcoal pit and other pit were filthy, charcoal had not been emptied, old brushes left on the grills, grills deplorable. • The oven had leftover burnt food remaining. Unacceptable. • You told me you would send maintenance person to the property. • We also talked about the pool not operating (jets not operating, spa not heating, where was lights, pool filthy). • Also, told you about plumbing issues (toilet overflowed, all sinks plugged and not draining properly). • I personally cleaned and attended to the overflowed toilet by shutting the water to the toilet off. • I also told you about the linens and the hair thrown (the linens did not look like they had been washed). • I turned on the oven self-cleaning feature. • These are the things I found in just a short period of time. The air conditioner broke twice. Air conditioner overflowed with water from second floor to the first floor. The TV broke on the last day. I would never rent from this company again.
