"Las Brisas del Caribe" is located on beautiful Paradise Cove on the East side of the island of Utila. Just a few short minutes into town makes this an ideal rental in exclusive Tradewind Properties. Designed and built on piers this spectacular home has a garage on the ground floor and 3 full bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the 2400 sqft main floor one of which is a lock-out. Both the living room and master bedroom face the ocean and the spectacular views of the cove, sea and the mountains on the mainland.
Las Brisas is owned by Rodger Mehrer and Loretta Potts also the owners of Tropico Vista Tranquila (listing # 181986). We take care to provide the very finest of services to our guests and provide on-site caretakers to meet your every need. This property, much like Tropico Vista Tranquila, is for the discerning traveler who enjoys creature comfort. With air conditioners in each bedroom and the living area, porcelain tile and travertine stone the home has a soft and very comfortable feel. The large covered lanai is ideal for evening meals and cocktails with the ocean and coastal mountains as your backdrop. The tropical easterly trade winds provide a breeze most times of the year.
Our private boat, "Layin' Low" is 26', sports a center console, twin Yamaha 115hp 4 stroke engines and is available for many excursions at a very reasonable fee.

Year Purchased: 2006
My wife, Loretta Potts and myself, Rodger Mehrer have been residents of the island for approximately 4 years after several years of visiting.
Loretta is a retired Veterinarian and we have opened an animal clinic here on Utila to service the needs of the island's many animals.
We are also actively involved in Whale Shark research and spend many, many hours videographing these "Gentle Giants"
