A big boat deck in the backyard is available for boat with a lift.
The house measure about 3,000sq ft. Has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom that has a walk in closet and big bathroom with a jacuzzi. Also a big, spacious Florida room with plasma T.V. and entertainment system. Also has a living room with complete kitchen and formal dining room, and a two car garage.
You can enjoy the nice relaxing Florida weather in the backyard while cooking on the barbeque , and the family swims in the pool while watching the outdoor television or listening to music.
Our boat is available for rent during your vacation stay. At close boating distance, you can visit Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, and Pine island with their private beaches. This rental offering has been completely remodeled in 2007 and newly furnished with lots of space for your family to enjoy this vacation. There is also a shopping center is within walking distance. In the area there are also many great restaurants near by as well as sports bars.
