Absolutely charming, fully furnished, private cottage located just steps from Chula Vista’s Old Towne Village near 2nd Ave & Cypress Street.
This small, one bedroom guest house has a state of the art kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and beautiful bamboo flooring. The house has a small living room with high-end carpeting and a slate shower in the bathroom off the bedroom. The yard can only be described as a lush oasis with a gazebo and deck all nestled on a 1915 historic property which has been designated as a Chula Vista historic site by the Mills Act. Flowering hedges and private fencing provide quaint seclusion and your own private parking area right next to the cottage.
The casita is equipped with all the technology you will need to work or relax including an HD Flat screen TV, cable & high speed internet access. The cottage is also furnished with new, leather furniture, washer & dryer, a queen bed and all the dishes & linens that you will need.
North Chula Vista is easily accessible to freeways, public transportation including the San Diego Trolley and city bus lines. The house is a 15 minute drive to down town San Diego and the U.S., Mexican border and is a short drive to all the beaches, Sea World and the San Diego Zoo.
All utilities are included. We prefer singles or couples due to the small size of the cottage.

The cottage was a perfect fit of us during our stay in Chula Vista.It is located on a quiet street in a residential area and allows you a nice walk to downtown Chula Vista. Also,it is a short drive where you can park the car and take the trolley into San Diego for the City attractions. The property is clean and well maintained. Everything to make your stay comfortable has been provided. It was a pleasure to meet Bill and Ami.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

My wife and I have just completed a three month stay in this charming cottage. It is ideal for one individual and doable for a couple. The landscape is pristine and the contents of the residence is fully stocked with all that you may require. The location is in a very quiet neighborhood and yet is in walkable distance to charming downtown Chula Vista as well as very close proximity to downtown San Diego and everything that beautiful city has to offer. The hostess Ami and the host Bill went out of their way to ensure that our stay was perfect and yet had the utmost respect for our privacy. This cottage is trully a GEM and we look forward to spending some additional time there in the very near future.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.
