This spacious 1500 sq. ft. newly remodeled condo is located in the most beautiful area of the complex.
The unit is located in Starfire at the Villages which is the most modern upscale part of the Villages complex. The unit faces directly onto the greenbelt with the best view in the area, no traffic noise, just peace and quiet. Relax in the open vaulted living room or enjoy a cool drink while reading your favorite book on the large furnished private balcony. A selection of books and DVDs is available in the unit.

There are two spacious bedrooms both with queen size luxurious bedding and a den with a double sofa sleeper so there is plenty of room for 6 people. The master bedroom features a huge double vanity bathroom and walk in closet. The dining room seats six plus there is an eating area in the kitchen for 2.
The washer & dryer are conveniently located in the large kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and completely upgraded with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
Assigned covered parking is just outside your door to keep your car protected from the sun, plus plenty of unassigned parking for guests. Awesome location in a tranquil setting with mature landscaping, no busy streets plus easy access to the 101 Loop. Close to fine dining, world-class shopping, markets, cafes, championship golf courses, as well as the hospital, Scottsdale-Shea medical complex, and Phoenix Airport. Your condo is everything you said it was, and then some! What a place it is - My wife thinks I'm a real hero for choosing this.Spotless! Thank you George for providing such a comfortable and classy retreat and for ensuring that everything worked the way it was supposed to and was spic and span. We are making good use of the pool, the bike paths, hiking trails and restaurants. Also my wife says that Scottsdale must be one of the world's leading places to shop. We have stayed in many time-shares in various parts of the world and rate this one right up there. We envy your April renters.

Your unit looks like a model home, well appointed and comfortable. The location is perfect with easy access to everything. The hot tub and pool are very inviting. We had a wonderful time and our company enjoyed their stay as well.

Even though we stayed during the hot summer month of July/August we really enjoyed the place. The pool was very clean and welcoming every day after shopping. I loved the nearby shopping areas and getting to old town Scottsdale was easy. My husband and I spent an relaxing day at the Willow Stream Spa during our time there and that was such a great activity. If you chose to come in the summer, just be prepared to get out earlier and take water, you will really enjoy the peacefulness of Scottsdale in summer, the snowbirds haven't arrived yet and you have the whole city to yourself, it's great!!!!

I just loved staying at this condo. The kitchen allowed me to feel completely at home, my family of 4 had more than enough space to enjoy our meals. I especially loved to sit on the balcony and read and relax while the rest of the family went golfing or swimming in the pool. The wireless internet made it easy to keep up with the office even though I was on vacation, I still needed to check in once in a while. My husband loved the HD tv and it was hard to get him to leave the condo since we don't have this feature at home. Thanks again for a wonderful stay, I'm already planning my next visit to your condo.

I would like to thank the owners for having such a lovely condominum available for our use. It was clean and spacious and well maintained. We opted to pay for the weekly maid service and it was a great idea. Everything was kept in perfect condition. The balcony was so lovely to sit and look out on the green belt area. We loved using the clean pool and enjoyed a lot of walks on the McCormick Ranch trail. We will definitely be staying again.
