Arizona lake house fully furnished. Just bring your toothbrush and golf clubs. Nestled in, on one of four lakes making up the greenbelt, is your vacation home away from home. Greenery and nature abounds right in your own backyard. View old growth trees, sloping grass, leading to a stocked lake, right from your living room or patio. Watch the ducks, and heron feed in the lake. Or just listen to the song of the mocking birds living in the willow tree right from your easy chair. At days end the view of the glorious sunset, over the mountains in the distance, is breathtaking.
You may want to take a ride to the clubhouse for a meal, or the nine hole pitch and put course, on your golf cart that comes with the rental. Load up your clubs and play a round of golf at any of the courses in Sun Lakes. You have, as a renter, full privileges to any of the Sun Lakes courses and clubhouses.
Your accommodations include a master bedroom with a huge bathroom, a comfortable guest bedroom and a second full bathroom with a tub. If you like to cook the kitchen is modern and spacious. Enjoy your favorite TV programs on a new flat screen TV with movie channels.
If you need to keep in touch with friends and family use the phone to anywhere in the US or Canada included. We have high speed Internet and you can use your laptop on our wireless connection. We also have a state of the art computer for guests to use.
Sun Lakes is an active adult community for folks 40 and above. There are strict rules about children living in the homes here so it is really for adults. The Sun Lakes community welcomes year round and seasonal visitors alike. There are many activities to choose from. Golf is among the foremost. If you don’t play golf, check out the clubhouse activities. You will be sure to find something that interests you.
The Sun Lakes community is in Chandler AZ. It is a 20 minute ride to the airport, and 25 minutes to downtown Phoenix. Shopping for anything that you may need is a few minutes away. The Chandler Mall is ten minutes away. The golf cart is street legal and can be used as a second vehicle for local activities.
There is always the unmatched splendor of the Grand Canyon within a four-hour drive. On your way to or from the Grand Canyon you can stop by to see the inspiring red rocks of Sedona (be sure to take a jeep ride while you are there). There are also the old west towns of Prescott and Jerome within an easy couple of hours drive time. Tucson is also a brief hour and a half drive.
You can see major league baseball spring training (in March) or take a short drive to the downtown Phoenix Sports Complex (less than 30 minutes) and, depending on the season, see the Phoenix Suns, Cardinals, Coyotes, or the 2001 World Champion Diamondbacks. Taking a tour of Chase Field, one of baseball's most recognizable landmarks, is a nice way to spend a couple of hours. This ballpark is a must see while in the area. In addition to the retractable roof and air conditioning (in a ballpark!) there is a swimming pool!
