Escape to a soothing oasis,in the heart of Sarasota's Palm Aire Country Club! We are now accepting reservations for the winter and spring of 2010. This is a 1700 square feet, 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom villa that will sleep six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, disposal, toaster, blender and more. There is a full size washer and dryer located in the villa. The master suite has a king size bed with a TV in the room and huge walk-in closet, the other bedroom has two twin beds, and the enclosed lanai has a trundle bed with two twin mattresses.
The heated pool is located across the street and overlooks the golf course. Most all of the furniture, linens, and kitchen supplies are brand new. The views from the enclosed lanai are of the private backyard. We are located about 10 minutes from the airport, downtown Sarasota, and 15 minutes from Siesta Key and Lido Key beaches. Thank you!
Special Palm Aire Golf/Tennis/Fitness Club package is available for two month consecutive rentals.
