Great for Familes and Golfers! Very private & Quiet Home with Beautiful Mountain Views. This 3,500 square foot home was recently furnished and decorated with new furniture, new mattresses, new kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. This is the perfect place to get away and enjoy some quiet time relaxing or enjoy all that the North Scottsdale location has to offer such as Golf at Troon, Estancia, Desert Highlands and Legend Trail, Hiking Pinnacle Peak, boating on Lake Bartlett or visiting the Spa at the nearby Four Seasons or Boulders Resorts.
You will enjoy relaxing in the pool and lounging at one of the outdoor patios. There is a seating area with gas fireplace, gas grill and refrigerator. A Loveseat & 2 chairs & additional cushioned seating complete this outdoor entertaining area. You can enjoy outdoor dining in the covered outdoor seating area with large Stone top table w/glider chairs.
Everyone will have their own space in this home with an open floor plan & 14Ft Ceilings with 4 Bedrooms/3 Full Bath - 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 Twin + an Office that can accomodate a Queen air mattress (available upon request) (max of 8 adults per group). The kitchen has a large center Island and comes equipped with all brand new cookware, utensils, pots & pans, cutlery, coffee maker, etc. The Family Room is equipped with a 52" LCD TV w/DVD and Direct TV as well as a gas fireplace.
You'll enjoy great mountain views and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets here in quiet privacy while still being close to all of the activities you visit Arizona to do.

Why the Owner Chose Troon North
We love visiting Arizona and decided we wanted to have a home in Scottsdale to be able to have an escape from the Chicago winters and to pursue outdoor activities that are limited in Chicago such as Golf and Hiking. We also wanted to be closer to my parents who live in Fountain Hills. We home to one day retire in this home.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We love the privacy of our home which backs up to a NAOS (protected open space). It is very quiet with no traffic sounds. The only things you will hear in our backyard are the birds and the occasional coyote howling. The great thing is that we are still only about 10 minutes from shopping and great restauratns or 20 minutes from major shopping and dining areas near the 101 and Scottsdale Rd. We are minutes from The Four Seasons if you want to have a day at the Spa or enjoy hiking Pinnacle Peak. If you travel 30 minutes NorthEast you can rent a pontoon boat or wave runners for a day on Lake Barlett.
The Spotted Donkey has Great Fajitas and a great indoor and outdoor eating area. This is located in El Pedregal Shopping Center.

Thank you for sharing you're home with us, everyone had a great time. Very nice home with plenty of space. Has everything you really need to relax, cook and entertain. Loved going out in the morning by the pool and watching the sun come up over the mountains. The outdoor fireplace was really nice to sit by and relax after soaking in the hot tub as well.

We're just completing our second stay at this home away from home. We love the location, the neighborhood and the views from the back yard. Everything is maintained and the owners are great to work with. We travel extensively and highly recommend you consider this property for a visit to Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Northern Phoenix area. There is an outdoor cooking area with refrigerator, the pool is maintained with chemicals and professionally cleaned weekly. Great place to relax, get away from it all or a golfing adventure.

Spent a week at the home and enjoyed the location, pool, outdoor cooking, great kitchen, tempurpedic king size bed, master bath (WOW) and the office. The house is an easy drive up Scottsdale Rd to Happy Valley. Gia was courteous and professional, a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend staying at this property if you want to visit north Phoenix or Scottsdale. My family has rented numerous properties through VRBO and this home rates five stars. Just like home!

I was fortunate enough to spend 10 days at the house at the end of June with my folks and if you are looking to rent a house in Scottsdale, don’t look any further. You will not find a better place. I guarantee it! The location is perfect, just far enough from the city but close enough to all the great golf courses (Troon North is a 5 minute drive and a must play) and there are plenty of Restaurants and shops round as well. (Don’t miss the Spotted Donkey Mexican Restaurant, best Fajita’s on the Planet and I am from TX so I know what I am talking about). The backyard is spectacular and it’s so quiet at night that this is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. The inside of the house was spotless with any and all amenities one could possibly need. Everything is brand new and it all looks even better then the pictures on the website, if that’s even possible. I really can’t say enough positive things about how great our stay was. The communication with the owners Bob & Gia was extremely easy and very efficient and could have not been any better. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking to spend some time in one of the most beautiful places in the Arizona desert and I know I will be back!

I stayed there for 4 days in the spring of 2010. Myself and 5 other guys stayed there comfortably for 4 days. It is convientently located near some great golf courses. The back yard area, bbq, kitchen and dining area are great for making meals. The owner is very reasonable to deal with. The key pick up, drop off, payment methods and other working parts of renting the home (ie. turning the pool heater on) are all very easy and the instructions aer very clear and detailed. I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking to golf in scottsdale or even bring their family for a vacation

We had a great time at your home and really enjoyed Scottsdale. Awesome area and development. Enjoyed the hiking, golf and shopping and for the most part the weather was very good.
