This beautiful Urban Lifestyle condo is brand new, stylishly decorated, and centrally located to all the popular tourist attractions. A great place for honeymooners, families, and for people that just need a vacation away from home. The condo was just built in the fall of 2006. It is located at the Stadium Lofts, in the center of the Platinum Triangle development, where restaurants, eateries, and coffee shops are located on the street level of the building and a walk across the street to Anaheim Angels Stadium. A few blocks east on Katella is the home of the Anaheim Mighty Ducks, the Honda Center (a.k.a The Arrowhead Pond), and 1 mile west on Katella is the Happiest Place on Earth, known as Disneyland.

All the furnishings are brand new with lots of comfort. The kitchen is all stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and lovely cabinetry. The master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with a tub/shower leaving plenty of room for 2. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed, night stands, and a huge walk-in closet. In between the bedrooms is a cozy living room with a large sectional sofa, DVD player, and LCD TV. You may enjoy evenings on the balcony watching the Disneyland firework extravaganza. The condo is equipped with indoor standard size washer and dryer.

It is freeway close (91/5/22/55) and 20 to 40 minutes away from LAX and Ontario or John Wayne Airport. It is centrally located in Orange County which makes it ideal for seeing different sites every day. It is near shopping malls, VONS, movie theaters, and numerous casual and fine dining choices. Knotts Berry Farms with its water park is only 15 minutes away and Hollywood/Universal Studios is only 50 minutes north. Are you interested in visiting San Diego and Mexico? Well, it’s a short 90 minutes drive south to Sea World and Tiajuana. Also, several beaches are only 20 to 30 minutes away.

  • Very nice condo. We stayed with 4 yr old child and enjoyed adventure parks as well as swimming pool, coffe and juce shops downstairs. It was nice and quiet durig evenings for child sleep. Joe was very good at explaining all necessary details about condo. Comes highly recommended!

  • Lovely condo in a good location, especially for going to the Angels stadium.Joseph was very patient waiting for us after being delayed in rush- hour traffic and explaining how the TV worked.Attention to detail was much appreciated eg kettle for us tea drinkers,shampoo,coffee,pool towels etc. Great pool which we often had to ourselves.Deposit received back promptly.

  • Our stay at the Stadium Lofts was EXCELLENT! My family felt so at home and relaxed in this condo. The condo was very well maintained and had every amenity you could think of. We had tickets to the Angels game and were pleased to see that it was a short walk to the stadium. No need to drive and no parking fee! I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone staying in the Anaheim area and will be back next year for a visit myself!! Thank you!

  • We, 4 adults, stayed in this beautiful condo for 3 nights, May 13, 14 and 15 2009, and fell in love with it right away! The owners were very helpful and informative. The next time we visit this part of California we wil definitely rent this appartment again: it has everything you need for a pleasant stay and it is far better than any hotel we had in the rest of our vacation (and we had some very good hotels!).

  • I stayed at Joseph and Jo Ann's Stadium Lofts condo in Anaheim in mid-May 2009, with my family, for three nights. It was a terrific place--very comfortable and convenient to everything. So much better than a hotel! I would absolutely recommend this place, and the owners are great to work with.

  • We stayed at this condo the first week of May 2009, it is a great place to stay and the owners are friendly and very accommodating. The condo is very clean, well equipped, very close to Disneyland and fine dining places. It felt like a home away from home. The building had a very nice pool, although we never got to use it and a very good gym. The parking was safe and secure. We will definitely stay here on our next Orange county visit. Highly recommend this place.

  • There is only two words to fit this accommodation and its 5 Stars. Clean large apartment, very hygienic,all the facilities a 4-5 star Hotel would have. Olympic heated pool for the swimmers in the families. Snooker room for the men and a Gym for the women. Under cover security parking no fear of you car getting stolen or broken into. Front door is locked electronically. No stress of losing the house keys. Kitchen came with every equipment you could use and more. Also dish washer for us women who need a break from doing them. Plasma TV, very modern entertainment unit. Cable tv. Only 5 minutes from Disney and great eatery places. You would definitely rate this as a 5 star accommodation and nothing less. We would have loved to stay longer.
