Over 660 acres of the 1,000 acre community landscape is devoted to golf course, lakes, wetlands, conservation areas and a 70 acre Nature Park on the Myakka River. For those who need to stay connected, there is an office complete with a DSL connection, printer, cherry desk, bookshelf and file cabinet. The luxurious Master Suite includes a King size bed plus chaise long to relax and enjoy the water views. In the large master bath you will find a separate bath tub and Roman shower with his and her vanities. Guest room # 1 offers a Queen bed with a modern beach style and Guest room # 2 offers a twin bed in a warm and fun style. Between the two guest bedrooms there is a cute Jack and Jill bathroom. This home is fully upgraded with diagonal tile, wood floors, crown molding, granite countertop, stainless steel appliances, designer lighting, ceiling fans, and front loading washer and dryer in separate laundry room. All linens and towels are included. The home is furnished with all new luxurious furniture and accessories. I can’t say enough about this home.

Located only a few miles from Historic Downtown Venice and Nokomis Beach. Only 20 minutes away from Sarasota and the top rated Siesta Key Beach with its white powdered sand. Take a stroll along St Armand's circle or visit Longboat Key. Enjoy boating and water sports in the Gulf of Mexico. Visit the Sarasota Opera
the Asolo Theater, Sarasota Ballet, Ringling Museum or the Selby Botanical Gardens. You won't be able to get enough of the golf or
exclusive shopping, fine restaurants and art galleries.
