This wonderful condo located on Vanderbilt beach overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico is very inviting. When entering the condo you will see the blue water of the Gulf as well as the beautiful beach which is just a walk over the front lawn. The beach is located so that it is away from the public beaches and never crowded. The condo is very well equipped and very comfortable. Has been newly redecorated. New updated kitchen including granite and stainless appliances, plus updated bathrooms with walk-in tiled showers and spacious bedrooms.
There is great shopping all within a 15 minute drive. Restaurants are located within walking distance. You are able to walk miles on the beach north and south. Shells are plentiful. Bayshores is a quiet building and the grounds are impeccable. The pool is located on the side of the building with plenty of seating. A great place to relax.
