This luxury condo located on the 3rd floor unit feels very private overlooking breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The building has only 25 units so it feels quiet and spacious when sharing the pool and Jacuzzi. Beautiful sunrises are not to be missed. Watch the dolphin play, birds fishing and sometimes migrant whales can be seen. Enjoy breakfast on your private balcony, swim & surf in the ocean, take a walk or bicycle on the white sandy beach or just read by the pool. Jacuzzi, exercise room and bicycles available for your enjoyment.

Visit the main street boardwalk and watch the surfers in the afternoon. Each end of the island has beautiful walking parks where sailboats, large motored vessels and wild life can be seen. During your visit to the National Seashore Park (5 miles), learn the history of the island and climb Turtle Mound to see outstanding views of the intercoastal and the ocean. Bicycle down to Manatee park (3 miles) or kayak with the manatee and dolphin. During sea turtle nesting season you can be part of the preservation of the turtles by protecting the nests.

Sandcastle is a secured building and enclosed parking garage with elevators for easy access. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors to the balcony and large glass windows to watch the ocean from your extremely comfortable king-size bed. The second and third bedroom have a west view. There is nothing more relaxing then listening to the sound of the ocean no matter what you are doing or where you are in the condo.
