On the second floor is the third bedroom equipped with 3 adult-sized built-in bunks and a full bath. With the use of the Queen sofa sleeper in the living room this home will accommodate nine.
For your enjoyment, La Valencia maintains a shared beachfront pool with restrooms and changing facilities as well as a lighted tennis court.
