This townhouse on a quiet block less than 100 paces to public beach access #4. It is three years old and beautifully decorated just the way you would want a beach house to look. It has 2 car garage, 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full with 1 set bunk beds, the lower bunk becomes a futon or full size bed and a queen size sleeper/sofa in the living room), 2.5 baths, master bath has a jetted tub/shower and two sinks, sleeps 8 comfortably.
Yet it is just a 3 block walk, to the center of South Padre’s entertainment district, Louie’s Backyard, Jim’s Pier, Amberjacks, and Tequila Sunset bar/restaurants. Even the Wave, SPI’s free transportation system, stops on the corner.
From the back deck you have beautiful views of the gulf and on Friday nights during the summer and on holidays, you can have your own private showing of South Padre’s fireworks display.
The house has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, TV's and DVDs in every bedroom as well as the living room, high speed Internet, Wi-Fi, HP printer and cable TV.

This property is absolutely amazing. It is pretty close to the beach and we had a wonderful time here. The hosts next door were extremely helpful and made sure we had a fun vacation. The hot tub in the house was the best and big enough for six. The garage had beach chairs and other beach stuff that we put to good use. If we ever go back to South Padre, this place will be our first choice.

Our family had a great time. The property was so close to the beach and the chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler and wagon were put to good use. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed to cook and grill. There was enough room for eight of us and plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. We are planning on coming back next year.

This place is awesome... we had a great time in SPI over the 4th of July weekend... the house was very clean, the beach chairs and the wagon came in handy... the hot tub was great at the end of the day... we will be back...

This beach house was exactly as advertised - super clean, looks like new, great floor plan, and beautifully decorated! We had a wonderful time staying here with our two kids, ages 11 and 14. Our communication with the owners was excellent. The property managers personally greeted us upon arrival, covered the home and hot tub instructions, and even recommended restaurants like Pier 19 for great seafood and others that offer dinner specials. This house also has an attached garage with keypad entry, beach toys and chairs, an ice chest, a wagon for easily hauling all of these items to the beach, and still plenty of room to park our large SUV. The short walk to the beach was so nice! Clean up was convenient with the outside shower and with the full size washer and dryer inside. Each bedroom was large and fully equipped with TVs and DVD players, nice size closets, and cheerful bedding. This house has beautiful tile throughout, including the stairs between the floors, so I would not recommend it for families with little children unless you were able to block off the stairs. Our family vacation here was absolutely perfect! We would love to stay here again next year! One last note: The City of South Padre Island is doing a fantastic job keeping the beaches clean and patrolled, the streets clean, and the medians beautifully landscaped.

My wife, three kids, and I just wrapped up a four-day stay at this SPI beach home. In short, we could not have enjoyed ourselves more. Everything stated in the property description was dead on: immaculately clean (even the BBQ grill), well appointed (DVD players in every room), comfortable (extra pillows, bottled water in fridges), kid friendly (beach toys in garage, stone's throw from water), and a block off Padre Blvd. The multiple entrances and gated courtyard with beach shower were instrumental in keeping sand out of the living quarters, and you simply can't beat an automated door garage for keeping your vehicle cool in 100'-plus SPI heat. The folks next door welcomed us upon arrival, educated us on the ins/outs of the home (e.g., garage door), and shared a wealth of resources re: island activities. They even called us post-stay to advise on a pair of reading glasses we left behind - offering to mail them up to us ASAP. We would highly recommend this property to other families, especially those with middle school or older kids (who can appreciate the segregated lower bedrooms) or couples traveling together. Maybe not so much for families with toddlers, as the tile stairs are a bit steep. We're already planning for our next stay in late Fall or sometime this Spring!!
