Stayed in this condo for a week,enjoyed every minute of it.Very cozy,very clean,looks just like pictures shown on ad.I would recommend this condo for sure...Very close to the beach and anything you would want to do...Excellent experience all the way around....Will definitely stay here again.

My family and I had the most wonderful time! It was our first family vacation and could not have been better. Our two daughters had never been to the beach before and were so excited. My fiancee and I, our two girls and my mama had such a marvelous time that we stayed an extra day. The owners were very accommodating, and we had no trouble doing so. The condo was no more than 5 minutes from the beach, as well as being close to restaurants and shopping. It was in a prefect location. I had never not stayed beachfront and I was not disappointed. The pool was right out the back door, and it was very private and cozy!! It was definitely a home away from home! The owners provided everything, such as pots and pans, iron, ironing board etc, which was wonderful. You could never get this atmoshere in a hotel and i have never enjoyed another condo more!!!(even a beachfront)Again, It was like being in your own home. I would definitetly reccomend this property, and we will definely be back!! It is now "our home away from home"!!!! Thanks so much for making our first family vacation the best!!!

This trip was special as it was the first time my husband and children had ever seen the ocean! From the first inquiry Sue was wonderful. Her response time, descriptions, information was spot on. My husband is a skeptic; so after we walked in the door of the condo and looked around, drove over to the beach, he said "oh yeah, we are definately coming back". Thanks for helping make our vacation that much better Sue and Tommy. I'll be in touch to get next years vacation booked soon!

Your condo provided a comfortably, clean, well-maintained peaceful haven. Our vacation was simply awesome! Your photos were accurate reflections of the area. The surrounding units provided our extended family members, places to lay their heads. Our family reunion was just lovely there at Seascape! The children and adults enjoyed every aspect of the area. However, I don't think anyone spent any time shopping; we just visited and played on the beach, in the ocean, at the pool and catching up. I think we had a total of 62 kinfolk there. On another note, only 2 items you may want to add to your condominium are A set of cereal bowls for the kitchen. Another TP roll holder contraption for the bathroom in the hallway. Thank you so much, My cousin's family and mine enjoyed sharing your condo so much. And the fact that it was right next to my aunt's place was amazing. Blessings to you and yours, Nell and family

I recently stayed here, a group of 2 families! We had a blast. This was actually our first visit to the beach where we actually did not stay directly on a beachfront property. I did like this much better. The unit was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. We loved the family feel of the surrounding units, and the pool was just steps from our unit. Very quite, easy beach access, and not too crowded of a beach area!! We loved it and loved getting to meet your daughter and her children while we were there. M kids really enjoyed playing with your grandkids! Thanks so much for sharing your home away from home with us!! We will definitely rent again and have told everyone else what a nice place you have. Also was in great location to enjoy all the activities Destin has to offer!

Thank you so much for the use of your condo this week. We had the best time. The weather was perfect and the condo was so nice. The beds were comfy, as were the couches. It was just like home away from home. It couldn't have been more perfect. We liked the idea of being close to the beach without being too close. Having the pool so close was nice also. The kids had a blast at the beach, pool and just playing with new friends they met at the condo. I will recommend to friends. With the comforts of home, but also close to be beach, restaurants and shopping this is the perfect place to stay. :-)

Great Stay in Destin

We had a great time and the Condo was just a perfect fit. We loved the golf and shopping. There was My wife and I and our 15 year old son and Our neighbors and there 13 and 9 year old boys. They loved the pool and going to the beach. It was very hot and humid all week but the condo was nice and cool when we would return. My wife prefers beach side condos but I would have no problem staying here again. It is only a short drive to the beach with reserved parking. Thanks for sharing your condo with us and I would have no problem recommending to family and friends.

This is a very nice condo that you and your family can enjoy. The amenities are great. It's so nice to swing out on the patio and enjoy watching your kids play whiffle ball or football. The pool is only steps away. It is very spacious and can accomodate a large family. We really enjoyed our stay at this resort.
