Seascape Resort has over 2000 feet of pristine white sandy beaches, 300 acres of lush greens and tranquil lakes, on-site golf, 5 swimming pools, one is heated, bike rentals and water sports. One of the swimming pools is located about 30 feet just off our patio. Seascape has eight lighted tennis courts, one of which is adjacent to our condo pool, on site tennis lessons, and a pro shop.
Shopping is second to none and Seascape is located centrally between Destin Commons, Silver Sands Factory Stores and Grand Boulevard. Silver Sands Outlet Mall is less than a half mile east of the resort and provides the largest designer outlet mall in the country. Seascape golf features an 18-hole championship Joe Lee designed golf course with numerous water features and a sister golf course Emerald Bay. Emerald Bay is an 18-hole course located two miles west of Seascape. Both courses are full service facilities with a restaurant, practice range, rental clubs, professional lessons and a pro shop.

We were mesmerized by the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. Our Seascape Resort Garden Villa condo has proven to be the best investment we could have ever made. Something we can pass on to our children and grandchildren and that others can enjoy as well.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The amenities are endless! Tennis, Golf, swimming, boating, jetsking, shopping, great restaurants and many more. The beautifully landscaped Garden villa is a four unit condo. Great for families with children or just couples wanting to get away and relax. Our condo is located very close to one of the five pools located within Seascape Resort. The Tennis court is right beside the pool.

My husband and I were high school sweethearts and we've been married 43 wonderful years together. We both grew up in Georgia about 20 miles from each other. We have three fabulous children and nine grandchildren. Our Family started going to Destin, Florida as a family in the 1990's. After staying in someone else's condo for many years we decided to purchase one for ourselves at Seascape Resort. Our daughter and her husband purchased one first, then we decided to join them. Our grandchildren love the fact that the swimming pool is just a few feet off our patio. We have created "Memories For A Lifetime" in this beautiful place and we know you will too.
