This 4200+ sq ft Snowmass Village home is perfect for a large family, 2 families or corporate entertaining. Views are panoramic including the surrounding mountain peaks and ski slope. The home is decorated warmly and in excellent condition. Guests can enjoy a crackling fire in the living room wood fireplace, soak in the outdoor hot tub or nestle in smaller, private nooks of the house for relaxation after a day on the slopes. Lift access is an easy 5 min downhill or call for the shuttle for a nominal fee which runs every 30 minutes. Four ski mountains are within close proximity with Aspen Mountain being the most renowned. Aspen is also well known for its shopping, restaurants and night life.
Four suites have a king or queen bed. One suite has two sets of bunk beds for a total of 4 beds. The one bedroom apartment across the deck is decorated with log accents and has a queen bed in it. The Aspen airport is 15 minutes away; Aspen itself is within 30 minutes away. It is a perfect retreat for a winter holiday. Last year the seasonal snow fall topped 44 feet, so skiing was off the charts with lots of incredible powder days!
