The Main House is 4200+sq ft home which is perfect for a large family, 2 families or corporate entertaining. The Guest Studio may be included as an option; it is located across the patio with its own entrance and privacy and includes a livingroom with kitchenette. Lift access is an easy 3 to 4 block walk down the street to a short ski trail (intermediate/advanced skiers) - or Dial-A-Shuttle will pick up at the front door for a nominal fee and runs every 30 minutes. A parking pass for the upper parking lots is also available. Views are panoramic of the surrounding mountain peaks and ski slopes. The home is decorated warmly and in excellent condition. Guests can enjoy a crackling fire in the living room wood fireplace, soak in the outdoor hot tub or nestle in smaller, private nooks of the house for relaxation after a day on the slopes. Four ski mountains are within 5 to 30 minutes away: Snowmass Mountain, Aspen Mountain, Buttermilk/Tiehack Mountain, Aspen Highlands. Aspen skiing is world renowned and is likewise known for its shopping, restaurants and night life.
Sleeping Capacity: Main House: Sleeps 12 comfortably with five bedrooms, five and one-half baths. Every bedroom has its own bath. There are four master suites with queen beds. The fifth bedroom has 2 sets of high quality bunk beds (totaling 4 beds). Guest Studio: Sleeps 2 comfortably with a queen bed and 3/4 bath. The Aspen airport is 15 minutes away; Aspen itself is within 30 minutes. It is a perfect retreat for a winter holiday.
