New 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit in the newly developed Coral Springs condominium project. This property is located right on I-15, 32 miles from Zions Park, 10 miles to Sand Hollow reservoir and golf resort, 2 miles to Quail Creek reservoir, 3 miles to Coral Canyon golf course, 20 miles to Sky Mountain golf course and 10 miles to Downtown St. George. Close to everything but away from the crowded streets of St. George.
The unit features 10' ceilings, travertine tile, granite counter tops and a large walk in shower and separate jetted tub in the master suite. Each room features its own flat screen TV with a DVD player. Enjoy a nice quiet evening on the balcony that features a gas fireplace and BBQ grill.
