Our comfortable, custom-crafted home is located 200 yards from the base of the Alyeska ski area in the heart of the Girdwood Valley, 45 minutes south of Anchorage.

Built in 2004, the home is very well-maintained and features 1400 square feet on two levels in an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and there is an additional 250 square feet of outdoor deck space. There are two large bedrooms with queen beds in each as well as an additional sleeping loft with one queen and two twin beds. The house can easily accommodate up to 8 people comfortably.

Here you will find everything you need to help you enjoy your stay in Girdwood; the custom kitchen has a gas range, maple cabinets, granite countertops, stainless appliances and comes fully equipped with everything for your cooking needs. Enjoy stunning views of the ski slopes on Mt. Alyeska from the spacious living room and its wall of windows eighteen feet high. Relax by the fireplace and enjoy the home theatre system with a 46" flat screen TV with cable, DVD and CD player. The 4-person Jacuzzi is located just outside the kitchen door on the side deck under a canopy of hemlock trees and we also have a 2-person sauna for your enjoyment.

Full laundry facilities are located on the main floor. A covered double carport is available for your use and we also offer high speed wireless internet access.

We rent to mature adults and ask that if children are included, they be respectful of the property. We live in Anchorage and will try to accommodate any special requests.
