The house comes with two master suites, one with private double Jacuzzi tub and steam shower. Pony Express is a 4000-square-foot property, with game room. It features a radiant heating system throughout the home and heated driveway.
Fantastic location, less the a 1/2 mile to Heavenly Ski Resort, 1 mile to the Casinos and 1 mile to the lake and beaches. Backing national forest land with the best sledding hills around and wonderful hiking trails that lead to gorgeous panoramic lake views. This home is loaded with beautiful artwork to enjoy, and local artistry painted mountain themes in all the rooms.

Master Suite includes a king size custom hand made log bed, TV, walk in closet, private bathroom with double person Jacuzzi tub and separate enclosed steam shower. We decided to build Pony Express Palace on this property because it the perfect quiet neighborhood, close to all South Lake Tahoe attractions!

Both born and raised in South Lake Tahoe, Adam and Wendy Muskovitz met when in high school. Shortly after getting married, they decided to start renting their South Lake Tahoe houses as vacation rentals. The two make a perfect team: Adam builds the homes and Wendy handles the decor!
Adam, Wendy and their two daughters are very active in the Tahoe community. They are very active outdoor enthusiasts, during the winter you can find the whole family at Heavenly Valley or out snow mobiling. In the summer months they can be found out on either Fallen Leaf Lake or Lake Tahoe, hiking and biking.
