Very cool and Updated 1967 Architectural home located in Lake Arrowhead woods just one mile from Blue Jay village and Two miles from Lake Arrowhead village. Blue Jay boasts a five screen movie theater, a Jensens grocery store, a Rite Aid plus great restaurants and shops. Lake Arrowhead Village sits on the water with tons of shopping, many places to eat and a kids playland and museum. It also features a weekend concert series during the spring, summer and fall.
The home is done in a mid-Century Danish Modern decor true to the period and features a new kitchen, three flat screen TV's all with DVD players, formal dining area, inside laundry, gameroom/loft with pinball machine & Ms Pacman, and a step down den with fireplace. (we call it the "conversation pit") There are two queen beds, a bunk bed that sleeps three and a sofa bed in the den. The home is very comfortable and cozy with plenty of fire wood in back. There is a large deck off of the living room with table and chairs along with two chase lounger's. There is also a small deck upstairs off the bedroom wing. A single car garage is available with an area for your skis. If you are looking for an amazing getaway that is out of the ordinary, this is the home for you. Smoking is not allowed and due to stairs and vintage collectibles, we highly recommend no children under eight years old. Please ask about your pets and also a free Beach club pass in the summer!
