Number 16 is on the 2nd floor, of this 2 story building. We are a great small building of just 16 units. A boat dock is available with the unit rental for an additional fee. One large loft style room, with all the windows to the waterway. SUNSETS INCLUDED!

This adorable unit screams "Old Florida Charm", mostly updated, as in kitchen cabinets, granit counter tops, appliances, build in fab closet area with drawers and hanging space, so - lots of room for your belongings (a recommendation from guests), tiled bathroom, new tub, vintage bathroom sink and mirror, along with charming details blend old with new in a fun and funky way. Clean, clean, clean - did I say clean, and very comfortable. One large room "LOFT" overlooking the INTERCOSTAL WATERWAY. Queen bed and 1 day bed/twin, sleeps 3 comfortable. WATER VIEWS from all 6 windows - plus the front door - of the natural perserve in the background and the ICW's in the foreground. One small flat screen, T.V. basic cable, 23 chanels, and wireless internet.
A BIT ABOUT THE BEACH
Named one of America's top ten nostalgic promenades by USA Today, the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is more than 2 miles long, and a 2 minute walk from this charming condo (ok maybe 3 minutes). Hollywood Beach's Broadwalk offers resturants and wi-fi cafe's, up the road's Joe's Market for your groceries, Taxi Cab it from the airport and you won't even need a car. Although there is one assigned parking spot (no big trucks). Downtown Hollywood Jazz clubs at night, Harrison Sreet's fun shops are just a free shuttle away, or a bike ride. Then there's Aventura Mall, HardRock Hotel and Casino and the new GULFSTREAM - A MSUT SEE,, Sawgrass Mall,which are all a hop skip and a jump away. A short walk of several blocks to the North and you can enjoy the "fab" spa services at the Marriott, and/or thier brunch and broadwalk cafe. Nearby beach rentals of cabanna's, umbrella's, and chairs. Snorkel out to the wrecks by renting snorkel gear, bike or roller blade, it's your playground - your vacation you decide! Our Art Moderene Building is a rare style found only at scattered locales in the State of Florida. We love that our building is part of the earliest development of Hollywood Beach. What makes our building unique is the blend of Streamline and Moorish motifs. This building totally contributes to the "character" that you will come to love about Hollywood Beach. We may be old but we're awesome! We are on A1A (north) between Cleveland and Oaklahoma Street. Six blocks south of the Mariott Hotel and 6 blocks north of Johnson Street. The building is sitting on the Intercostal Waterway. Both units are not on the street side, they are on the waterside - so no noise.

Why the Owner Chose Hollywood Beach
As a 3rd generation "Miamian". Growing in Miami with Hollywood Beach our beach of choice. It was "simple fun" just sand and sea, friends and family. Many favorite childhood memories are here, which I have passed on to my children, friends and their families as well. I hope you can make a few of your own.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Bike on the Broadwalk, run on the beach. Stone crabs on the dock at sunset. Watch the Manatee's in the morning. Waking up, splash water on your face, put flip flops on your feet and walk to the nearest coffee shop for your first cup. Pizza and a pitcher of beer with a group of friends. Spa day. Rent a beach cabanna and bringing goodies to eat and drink.....When the dog bites, when the bee stings, when i'm feeling sad, I simply remember my favorite things........(Hollywood Beach) and then I don't feeeeeeeel so bad.

Stayed in the 2nd floor unit #16. Took the trolly to downtown Hollywood - that was fun. Had friends at the more expensive Marriott, I used their services, i.e. massage, etc. That was great! Sunsets on the dock were fun and a nightly thing. Saw manatee's in the morn. Loved the location, cute and clean like it said. I stocked the fridge, and everything else was there. No washer and dryer but hiked it to the Laundry Mat and had a cocktail at Flicker Lite while my clothes washed - that was good! All in all - I'd stay here again and again and again, if I could.

Like staying here whenever I can. Both units #10 and #16 work well. Nbr 10 being the nicer of the 2. Both have great views. The small building and easy access to all of Hallandale and Hollywood Beach is great for travelers. Yep, 300 steps to the beach. Good communication with the owner, everything just like it said. I keep comming back.
