Our Exclusive Top-Floor, Shipwatch Villa offers a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room and living room wrap-around deck. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner out on the deck while watching the waves roll on the beach. Real emphasis has been placed on the villa's luxurious comfort... professionally decorated with custom drapery, designer furniture and colors, crown molding and granite countertops throughout. Bring along your laptop and connect to our wireless internet. The bedrooms each have private balconies nestled in the tops of majestic live oaks, magnolias and palmetto trees. Each bedroom also has its own TV/DVD/VCR and private bathroom (with granite countertops). The master bedroom offers a king-size bed (with pillow-top mattress, down-alternative pillows and duvet). The second bedroom has two queen-size beds (each with down-alternative pillows and duvet) this special villa also features a full-size washer and dryer INSIDE the villa - all other Shipwatch villas must use a community washer/dryer located down the hall. It is also fully furnished with utensils, pots & pans, new appliances, CD player (filled with CD's) and a flat panel TV/DVD in the living room. The beach is just an elevator ride away! The "Treetops" villa accommodates up to 6 people. No smoking or pets are permitted.
