I had the pleasure of staying for about 6 weeks while relocating to Phoenix. It couldn't have been more perfect. Janet is the most gracious host, I enjoyed her immensely. She was responsive, kind and very helpful. She had some great dining recommendations! The property is lovely. It's in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you could possibly need. It is also close to shops and restaurants and centrally located so it is easy to get to other areas of Phoenix. Thank you Janet!

Serenity

The location of the the property is superb. It is near everything that one would need. It is a lovely, quiet neighborhood with a yard that features desert plants and wildlife. We love it! It is peaceful. Amenities are all that one would need for a restful stay. Janet and Ed are very responsive and helpful. We love it!

Absolute gem of a property, Janet and Ed are the best host!

This property is classy/ cozy Southwest, just like the pictures shown. I especially enjoyed the sunrise/sunsets from the patio and all the wildlife in the yard. I moved to Phoenix in 1994 and am almost a native at this point! My husband and I are both originally from Kansas and although we have lived many places in the US, we have grown to love the west and southwest.

Why they chose this property

After coming to Ahwatukee for a job, I stayed to retire! This was my home until my husband and I bought another home very nearby because we love Ahwatukee. This home is very special to us and we treat it and our guests with utmost care.

What makes this property unique

I love the openness and lightness of the house, the tile floors, the plantation shutters and wood blinds, and the private garden. The house is in a small retirement community where neighbors know each other and where the HOA Board takes good care of the house exterior and landscaping. There is a neighborhood pool and clubhouse just a short walk away and there are frequent social events.
The community is in the heart of Ahwatukee and close to local shopping needs, and to larger malls. It is just off I-10 and 20 minutes from the airport.
