Grill outside or have a lobster bake in the kitchen with beautiful harbor views. Sit in your screen room right on the harbor and enjoy the ocean breeze. The house itself is newly renovated with a modern kitchen including brand new appliances and granite countertops. There are hardwood floors throughout the house and two spacious bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi tub. With 4 bedrooms and many beds, queen and twin, there is plenty of space for your entire extended family. Steps away from the front of the house is access to 7 miles of unbroken beach from Pine Point to Old Orchard and Ocean Park. The kids will love Funtown and the amusements at Old Orchard Beach. The adults will enjoy all that Portland has to offer for nightlife and waterfront shops in the Old Port. Some of the country's best shopping is in Freeport and LL Bean which is just a half hour away. Sebago Lake is a short drive. Public moorings are available with plenty of room to store your boat on site. Easy access for canoe or kayak right on the property. Catch stripers right from the beach or for join an ocean charter for deep sea fishing. You will want to return year after year!
