Steps away from the front of the house is access to 7 miles of unbroken beach from Pine Point to Old Orchard and Ocean Park. The kids will love Funtown and the amusements at Old Orchard Beach. The adults will enjoy all that Portland has to offer for nightlife and waterfront shops in the Old Port. Some of the country's best shopping is in Freeport and LL Bean which is just a half hour away. Public moorings are available with plenty of room to store your boat on site. Easy access for canoe or kayak right on the property. Catch stripers right from the beach or for join an ocean charter for deep sea fishing. You will want to return year after year!

This charming beach house is perfect. It is steps to the beach and the back yard has a beautiful view of the harbor. The house has 4 bedrooms and we especially love the back yard which is very large with plenty of room for off street parking and for the kids to play. The bunkhouse is a cool extra space for the kids to hang out, with refrigerator and cable TV. I recommend this property.
Recommended for:Families with young children.
