Why the Owner Chose Legacy Villas
This is a great two bedroom villa that is on the ground level. It backs up to a large green belt with a pool about 100 feet away. There are 11 pools and spas with countless fountains through out the development. The clubhouse has a fantastic "State of the Arc" fitness center as well as a restaurant, a Hawaiian Hammock garden and much more. It is just a two block walk to the five star hotel, just next door with all it's amenities. These are a few of the reasons that we bought in Legacy Villas.
The Unique Benefits at this Upper Condo
We enjoy the peace and quiet in the development. In the evenings, it feel like you are all alone when during the season, most of the units are in use. We are close to the Tennis Stadium for either personal tennis or the big tournments that are held each year on it's grounds. Shopping is very close with more good restaurants than you will ever be able to enjoy.
