All new luxury (Henredon, Tommy Bahama) living room and dining room (table hand made in Europe) furniture, decorated in a West Indies style to make you feel like you are in the Caribbean. Kitchen is brand new with granite countertops and custom appliances. This unit is the top of the line within Dunes of Seagrove.
This 2BR/2BA unit is one of only 8 on the property that have a private 2nd balcony for the guest bedroom. Most 2Bd guest bedrooms are interior bedrooms with no outside views, let alone a view of the gulf, 2 pools and a private balcony! The guest bedroom is decorated entirely in Tommy Bahama furniture with a queen bed, TV and stereo. Enjoy family meals either at the custom made French farm table that seats 6 inside or, better yet, sit on the covered balcony at the marble dining table complete with 6 swivel rockers. Have breakfast, lunch and dinner staring at the emerald waters of the Gulf!
Dunes of Seagrove has 2 large pools (one heated seasonally) and a hot tub. From the balcony you can keep an eye on your kids (or wave to your friends) in the pool while relaxing and watching the dolphins pass by in the Gulf and the pelicans soar overhead. Incredibly relaxing! The resort is just minutes by car from Seaside shopping and dining. Every rental comes complete with beach set up (umbrella and 2 chairs) for the duration of your stay (not available during late fall and winter). Not all units within the resort pay for the beach set up - this unit has it all!
