Location: Topsail Beach, Topsail Island, Southern Coast, Coastal, North Carolina, USA (Near Wilmington, Jacksonville, Nc)

Accommodations:  House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 6)

One of the most beautiful sunsets on the East Coast. Front and back porches both covered. WALK OR BIKE to restaurants, shopping, church, museums, etc. Home is yards away from the Bumblebee Mission Museum and Headboat dock. Floating dock will accommodate up to 30' boat. One block to Ocean; 1/2 block to Sea Turtle Hospital. Half a mile from the Ocean Inlet (Topsail Inlet). This home is beautifully appointed and decorated--no roughing it here.

Fish and shrimp from the dock and catch flounder, red drum, black bass, etc. This is our family's second home and we have taken loving care of it. There are two queen size beds and one king. We are located on the Topsail Sound just beside the Intercoastal Waterway.

There is so much to do so close to our home!!! Roller skating, dining, putt putt golf, arcade, long fishing pier over the Ocean, museum, turtle hospital, there is no end to things to keep you occupied here. Or just relax with a book on the dock....

  • Having never visited Topsail Island before, my family was unsure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of, not only the island, but of the rental property. Fishtales is conveniently located and within walking distance to the beach, convenience store, and restaurants. The dock easily accommodated our 18 ft boat. We could not have asked for a more beautiful or more comfortable home to spend our week. Everything was perfect! Thanks to the Waddy family for allowing us to share their beautiful home.

  • My family just returned from a weeks stay at Fishtales. It was absolutely wonderful. We have stayed at many rental houses in Topsail thru several rental agencies over the past 4 years and this is by far the best. Location is perfect - and you'll never want to leave the porch on the soundfront - sunsets are unbelievable - fishing is great - this home has everything you need for a perfect vacation.
