In the winter, you will enjoy easy access right off North Lake Blvd. You'll find Squaw Valley, Northstar, Alpine Meadows, Diamond Peak and Incline Village within minutes. The casinos are only a few miles from the house and offer night life, entertainment, and gambling. This home is ultra private with only one neighbor sharing the front access to the lake.
