This large (over 850 square feet), one-bedroom huge detatched apartment exudes Old Hawaiian charm but was built in 2002 with all the new ammenities.
The complete kitchen has granite countertops and all new appliances. The floorings are nice wood laminate with a tiled bathroom. From its second level entry, lovely French doors open to a small fenced lanai with a slight ocean view and wonderful ocean breezes. When the breezes are not enough to keep you cool, a large window a/c provides cool comfort. The spacious cottage is an affordable romantic getaway for two, or comfortable accommodations for a family of four.

Easy access to all three major highways from Kailua. This one bedroom cottage truly offers one of the nicest and most affordable accommodations in the Kailua area.
