The home is naturally cooled by sea breezes or there is air conditioning, if you prefer. The beach house has three bedrooms all water side. One bedroom features it's own private circular balcony. There are two full baths and a washer and dryer. The house is well proportioned to enjoy in and outdoor waterfront living. The open floor plan provides water views from all rooms. Matter of fact, the only rooms in this home which are not facing the beach are the bathrooms! The driveway provides parking for 2 cars, there is a public parking area across the street for additional guest parking.
