Our 26th floor condo has fabulous upgrades such as 10 ft ceilings, stainless steel appliances, granite counters in the kitchen, travertine floors, and of course, the amazing views! Our spacious condo sleeps 6.
The living room looks out over the gulf. Enjoy waking up to the beautiful emerald green waters or enjoying the morning sunrise or the evening sunsets. The master bedroom offers a King size bed with a private bath. The hallway is equipped with a Bunk Area & we also have a Queen Sleeper sofa in the living room to allow 6 to sleep comfortably.
The upgraded kitchen has a breakfast bar, pantry and all dishes and Stainless Steel appliances to make your stay 'just like home'. We have a stackable washer dryer so you don't have to pack a lot of clothes...bring your sunscreen, swimsuit and toothbrush! Furnishings are 'beach elegant', professionally decorated throughout. All the thoughtful touches of first class resort living are found here: flat screen TV's, onsite Movie Theater, Gulf front fitness center, Health Bar & much more.
Located within walking distance to Pier Park (the premier open air shopping and dining center) which offers unique atmosphere & offers many restaurants including Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville, Hofbrau Beer Garden, The Back Porch Seafood and Oyster House, Longhorn Steaks, Starbucks,Guy Harvey, Buffalo Wild Wing just to mention just a few. Plus many shopping options such as Dillard’s, JC Penney, Old Navy, Ron Jon Surf Shop and hundreds of specialty stores.Also, the 16 screen Grand Theater! Our vacation was awesome. The condo was in a great location near Pier Park, very roomy and clean. My husband and I will definitely rent this condo next year. We have found a new place to stay while in Panama City Beach!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Thanks for sharing such an awesome condo with us! We had a great vacation and loved everything about Tidewater! From reservations to payment to check out--all easy and fast! The building is great and my kids LOVED the game room! The view from the 26th floor was amazing! Everything we needed for the perfect stay was right there! I would recommend this unit to anyone from 2-6 people in your group. Lots of space for everyone!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We stated here May 16 thru May 23 2009. We had an awesome vacation. The condo was wonderfully decorated, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The resort had many amenities including a really nice fitness ctr, pools, and hot tubs. We saw a lot of wildlife from the 26th floor balcony, including, stingrays, dolphins, and even sharks. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your penthouse. The ocean view is fantastic and to be able to step foot on the beach from the "back door" is awesome! I appreciated the incentives like beach chair, umbrella, and movie rentals. The proximity to attractions and shopping is also a big plus!
