This is a beautiful home in the Indian Creek subdivision which is located as close to Disney as you can get. The Indian Creek neighborhood is located 3.5 miles from Disney's main gate, and one mile from the many restaurants and shops of Highway 192. It is 25 minutes to the Orlando airport, 15 minutes to Sea World and 20 minutes to Universal Studios.
The screened lanai contains heated swimming pool and has patio furniture. There is also a privacy fence. Enjoy the game room with its foosball and pool table.
