Sawan is a villa in a tropical garden, built in a Balinese style. The house is close to the beach, to Hua Hin with all his restaurants and shopping centers and to the mountains and National Parks.
Furthermore Hua Hin is the best known place for golfing in Asia, with 9 golf courses in the area.
The villa is one of the 18 houses in a gated community, but with all privacy needed. The 2400 Sqm plot has all the privacy needed for a relaxed vacation. A large private swimming pool 12.5 X 5 mtr (depth 1.40 mtr) is located next to the terraces adjacent to the house.
There are 4 bedrooms with own bathrooms and the master bedroom has an outside shower as well. In the backyard there is a Jacuzzi. Maid service is included.
