This stand alone spacious duplex (two adjoined townhomes) offers 3400 square feet and sleeping for family gatherings of 18 to 22 people. These Grayfox Townhomes on Hillside have been professionally designed and fully furnished with the finest decor, furniture, bedding, and amenities for your vacation enjoyment. It is equipped with luxury features as found in multi-million dollar custom homes or Five-Star hotels.
LOCATION - LOCATION- LOCATION - across from the Westin Hotel & amenities, only a 3 minute walk to Mammoth Village and the gondola, ski rentals, ticket office, shops, restaurants, entertainment, coffee shops, and activities... yet in a very private cul-de-sac setting away form the noise and congestion of the village.
Two large attached 2-car garages accommodate four vehicles and each includes a separate heated ski/boot room for storing all your skis, snowboards, hiking, fishing, golfing and mountain bike gear. Two private outdoor spas on the decks of each unit and a Sharper Image full body massage chair in one living room is perfect for relaxing at the end of a day.
Combined there are six large suites and six full baths with custom granite, tile and stone. Four large King Bed Master Suites upstairs with full baths are furnished with luxurious Pillowtop mattresses. One guest bedroom located on main level is equipped with a pillow top queen and two extra long plush twin mattresses in a pull-out trundle or overhead bunk. Another guest bedroom on main level includes two twin beds. Luxurious 300-400 thread count sheets, down comforters, and quilts are provided (like Five-Star hotels).
Each separate living room includes a queen sleeper sofa with either an auto blowup seven inch mattress or added memory foam for comfort.
You will enjoy large plasma HD TVs and DVDs with surround sound system. The gourmet granite kitchens are fully equipped with everything the fussiest chef could ask for. All the appliances are stainless steel. Outdoor barbecues are easily accessible just off the living rooms on your view deck.
These Grayfox townhomes are two of only three duplexes with a southern view exposure that captures the wonderful mountain lighting and warmth of the winter sun. Everything you could possibly ask for is here for a wonderful Sierra vacation experience.
In addition to the large, fluffy bath towels and fitted sheets, there are spa quality soaps and shampoos in each full bath, and continental basket with coffee, tea, creamer, hot chocolate, popcorn, and other goodies.
