This unit is located on the 7th floor over looking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, large Olympic size out door pool, large indoor heated pool and out door hot tub. The building only has 11 floors so you are not crowded when you use the facilities. The building is beautiful inside and out.
There is a new small shopping center and restaurant across the street which is also very attractive. There is a service at location where umbrellas and chairs may be rented for a nominal price. All rooms have TVs with DVDs built in. The TV in living room has a 40 inch screen and is equipped for high definition viewing. There is also beach volley ball at the location for your enjoyment.
