Branson/Table Rock Lake area home built in 2002 located close to Bass Pro Shops' Big Cedar Lodge and Table Rock Lake(<2 miles). Easy access to all that the Branson/Tri-lakes area has to offer, including the new Branson International Airport (12 minutes drive). Branson attractions are just 10 minutes drive north. Paved drive w/ PLENTY of parking.
Home has hickory hardwood/tile floors, HE washer dryer, Bosch/Samsung/Whirlpool gold/Kitchen-Aid appliances, supplied propane grill, 2 large covered outside decks facing woods, free Wi-Fi access and a rustic interior. Very clean, fully furnished.
One can stop at the grocery store and cook as if you're at home as the kitchen is capable of cooking anything your heart desires. Pots, pans, grill, utensils, flatware, dishwasher, etc. are all supplied. Owner used to live there as his primary residence. 2 car garage is for storage use only; no renter access.
Parking would be large enough to park at least 2 trailered boats or 4 cars outside. Please feel free to play responsibly with our professional basektball goal in our driveway.

Why the Owner Chose Ridgedale
Having lived in the Branson area for 16 years, this property was my primary residence for over 6 of those years. I built in this location because of it's proximity to anything the area has to offer, MINUS THE TRAFFIC! Branson is notorious for traffic jams, especially in the summer and fall, but from this angle, a person can almost always find a back way in! I love the lakes and this location afforded me access to all 3 of the local lakes, Table Rock, Bull Shoals, and Taneycomo. I can reach any of the 3 lakes w/in 25 minutes time from this house...
