The Hill Top house is a private, secluded, light, airy, walled-in Mediterranean style villa with views to ocean and mountains. There is a double barrel tiled roof and a two car garage.
This property looks down on the Carmel Valley Ranch resort from a private Hill Top location. The Arched entry leads to spacious grounds and lawns surrounding the house with patio furniture and an exterior fireplace for evening entertaining.
There are open high beamed ceilings, Saltillo tile flooring, double French doors with brass hardware in each room spilling out to expansive lawns and an outdoor fireplace.
A unique octagon room with a fireplace and large pyramid skylight can serve as another living room or den or a bedroom. There are two other bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed with French doors to the west lawn and the other bedroom has a queen size bed with more French doors to the lawns. There is a Jacuzzi in one of the mater baths with additional deep shower. Both master baths have tub and shower. The powder room is the half bath.
There is a gardener provided by the owner once a week and a housekeeper on call.
